Track Your Order
Looking to track your order? When your order ships out, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email from email@example.com with your tracking number included in it.
Depending on the product ordered, the e-mail could take up to 7 business days to be sent. Once you receive the email, follow these steps to easily check on your delivery status.
Please note that due to the recent pandemic many orders may face delays and increased shipping times. This means that the usual 7 to 22 business day range could be extended to a 10 to 35 business day range. However, please rest assured that we are working tirelessly to ship your orders out and we really appreciate your patience during this difficult time.

2) Enter your tracking code that is provided in our Shipping Confirmation Email and click 'Track Package'. Then scroll down the website until you see your tracking details.
Things to Keep in Mind:
- Order Numbers don't instantly update with available Delivery Status. If your tracking number entered shows that it is currently unavailable, do not be alarmed - Your order has been shipped out and is in transit to the local post office. Tracking should updating within a few business days.
- Depending on the destination, the order may take 7 to 30 business days to be delivered. Please make sure to double check the description to see the delivery time frame for your specific country.
