It is not often the product advertised is "what you get". But, in this case, the ebike was more than I expected. Assembly takes about 2 hours or less. The bike comes totally assembled except for front handbars and front wheel. I was surprise at first ride the components all functioned correctly without any adjustment, to include the disk brakes. I just took the bike for a ride and it was amazing. The electric function is an assistant to the peddle process allowing less energy especially on hills. The "throttle" on the left side allows one to accelerate..sort of like "punching" it to move faster. I tried an ebike while in Europe this summer..and had to have one. For the money, the bike is top quality. Remember, turning
the ebike electric assist off and you have a normal bike. A touch of the button and all hills are much easier. Enjoy!

I'd been looking at getting an e-bike for quite some time, as I'm getting old, and pedaling up hills hurts a lot more now than it used to 30 years ago. A friend of mine recommended this one to me. The bike itself is pretty sturdy. I wasn't really expecting it to be, as it's kind of on the lower end of cheap Chinese knockoffs. I bought it mostly for getting to and from work in the spring/summer/fall, it's 8 miles away, so I've been doing 16 miles a day.

The pedal assist is kind of really awesome. I don't know what it's like on higher end e-bikes, but it's perfect for me. With the pedal assist on the highest level I get to work in the same amount of time that it takes to drive, being able to speed past all of the traffic and construction, and I still feel like I've done actual exercise when I get there. The motor cuts out at 15 mph or so, so you get a bit of help getting up to speed, and a bit of a boost if you drop back down below, which is mostly up steep hills in my case. I don't know if it's just my bike, or this entire model, but I don't really feel any difference with the pedal assist on any level lower than max. The battery lasts about 40 miles on max assist before needing a recharge, and charges pretty quickly, just a few hours. The shifters and brakes work perfectly, needing no adjustments out of the box. The seat is pretty uncomfortable, so you'll probably want to either replace it with a more comfortable one, or buy a padded cover for it.

The bike is pretty heavy, compared to other bikes I've owned in the past, but you don't really feel it while pedaling, but it makes carrying it up 3 flights of stairs to my condo a bit of an ordeal.

Mine came with no assembly instructions. I was able to figure it out on my own without too much trouble, though anyone that is a bit less mechanically minded than me may have some trouble with it.

As with any bike that comes arrives in a box, you will need to get the wheels trued at a bike shop, or do it yourself if you have the tools for it, otherwise the wheels will be a bit wobbly, though you probably won't notice it much until you put on the brakes.

All in all, I'm pretty happy with it. I've put about 150 miles on it so far, and had no problems other than that wheels needing to be trued out of the box. It's perfect for my needs and a pretty sturdily built bike for the price.

This is a great bike!!!! Now, I did not put it together... and the person that did it for me didn't tighten my handle bars or seat very well. So, I had loads of fun while they slipped during my ride, but that is not the bikes fault. I also experienced the cords rubbing against my front tire.. but again, not the bikes fault. The bike is fun to ride. It took a bit for me to understand when it would give me power when I wasn't expecting it and what to do about it, in order to be safe. But, now that I know how to use the power and when to turn it off or use the accelerator button.... I have full confidence in my ability to ride safely. I wanted an electric bike for a year now. I've done a lot of research. I chose this one because the reviews were good and the motor was a 350 for a good price. I am fully satisfied and wish I had bought it earlier.... I tried to go with a nice manual bike, but it just wasn't fun enough to ride. I like being able to work hard on my bike when I choose to and relax on my bike at other times. GREAT PURCHASE!!

I just brought home my lovely bike. So happy with it. I hadn’t ridden a bike since I was a teenager and I’m now in my mid fifties. I thought it’s now or never. Apparently you don’t forget how to ride a bike, but in fact you can lose confidence. I rode it home in the dusk and found it a comfortable ride. Battery on pedal assist mode even up hill. Battery support for hills is really great. If the hill is a bit steep just use a bit more battery support. On the flat or shallow hill just cycle or use throttle, and use pedal assist mode if you need it. I’m very happy with the bike and with ancheer service

Good solid product--no real negatives. Its heavy--but most E-Bikes are. The longest ride I've taken has been 20 miles, and the battery was down 2 bars, (about 50%). I used "pedal assist" all the way, and used medium boost. .
