Bought this to do the rear bearings on a subaru forester, first time DIYing bearings solo for me. Comes in a decent case and is of reasonable quality Worked great, using the disc size that pulls or pushes on the inner race. This seemed counterintuitive (vs the outer race) but I watched multiple instructional videos of guys using the inner race, and when i tried first on the outer race, the resistance was much stronger. Using this puller on the inner race, the whole bearing came out (and went in) very easily. You'll need a slide hammer to get the hub off before pulling the bearing, and maybe a jaw puller if your inner race gets stuck on the removed hub - but my slide hammer kit came with a little jaw puller that worked fine to pull the inner race off the hub so check if your kit does too before getting a jaw puller.

Awesome kit! I should have bought this kit a long time ago. It has saved me so much time in replacing front hub bearing assemblies. I replace quite a few being a tech and shop owner. Tip: Try not to use an impact while removing and during install. ALWAYS lube the shaft/screw. Use a bearing if you can between the washer and plate/cup to drive in or out.

Perfect reads exactly what my other scale read when I wrote the weight on the bottle. I'll buy another one as long as this one lasts.

I was pleasantly surprised at the difference this set made in replacing pressed wheel bearings. I used it on my third bearing job and it was by far the easiest of the three jobs. Definitely need a good impact wrench for it to work properly.

I had to replace both a rear and a front bearing on my 2011 BMW 335ix, quite a bit of corrosion. The toolset removed even the seized-in bearings. I greased well the bolt threads and the bearing washers, and gave the bearing some LiquidWrench around the joins, and when it got tight, a few hammer blows around the housing helped to get the bearing to start moving. To insert the new bearing, care is needed to ensure everything is well aligned, especially for the hub to make sure only the center part of the bearing is pushed on.

Only criticism is that the two larger tubes to not fit into the end-cap, so the end-cap needs to be placed on the tube instead of located in it, and the bolt is a little short when pulling in the hub, but in practice this did not hamper the process if everything is well lined up.
