Appears to be good quality. The printed instructions have an error, though. They say to hit "enter" after inputting your initial 4-digit code, but you're supposed to hit the "#" button. The instructions on the lid of the keypad have this correct, but the paper instructions have it wrong.

Hold "*" and "#" until keypad stops blinking.

Enter 4-digit code then press "#" (not "enter").

Press "enter" the number of times in the chart for your learning button color.

Press "0."

Press the learning button on your garage opener.

Input your 4-digit code and press "enter." Your opener will click or the lights will blink, confirming it worked.

Now input your code and press "enter" to open your garage door.

I'm like most people I read the instructions think I got it all figured out and I do something wrong. If you follow the directions exactly as are stated it's rather easy to do. I believe there is about 7 different steps that you have to do to program this with your code or pin number. Even though I had A programming Error the 1st time. It only took me about 10 or 12 minutes to program it and hang it worked quite well. My wife loves It she's wanted it for several years. If I would have known it was so easy I would have done it years ago. It also comes with its own 9 V battery most of these Remote controls come with these weird batteries that are real expensive. The 9 V is a big plus. If you ever thought about doing this I would highly recommend it. My garage door opener is a lift master which is a Chamberlain product. Just make sure that your door opener is compatible and go for it.

Bought this keypad opener along with a Chamberlain 3/4HP chain drive MyQ garage door opener and the Chamberlain MyQ box that connects it to the internet.

It is all great. I did have some difficulty getting the keypad to program. I tried using the door opener instructions that use the door button to learn the keypad, but I couldn't get that to work, so followed the keypad instructions using the head unit learn button and that worked fine. All is well.

If you have a MyQ enabled garage door and would benefit from having internet and/or smartphone access to monitor/operate your garage door, I highly recommend you getting the Chamberlain MyQ internet box to give you that internet access to monitor/operate your garage door. There are iPhone and android apps for this.

I was looking for something compatible with a Raynor Pilot II opener, and was originally directed to a LiftMaster 877LM. After learning Raynor’s were Liftmaster’s with Raynor covers on them, I decided to purchase this one since it was cheaper. The keypad is lighted red on this one, and it comes with two screws and a 9V battery already installed, which was nice. The only part that was frustrating to me was the lack of a crucial step in the paper directions.

My 2007 Crapsman Keypad would not always work...sometimes have to enter the code 2, 3 or more times. It was simple to replace the Sears model. (The Opener was manufactured by Chamberlain so basically the same keypad)
Programming was simple - just follow the directions. The color of the "learn" button was the same as the directions indicated. Programmed it the first time and then tried the Keypad before I mounted it.
